To ensure that your reception goes as smoothly as possible, please complete this form and return it to Boogie Inc. at least 3 weeks prior to your wedding. Remember these are only guidelines, we will be happy to customize your reception. If you have any additional suggestions, please add them here.

Remember, we have been performing at receptions for 30 years and carry music from todays latest hits to Oldies with over 14000 in each of our libraries. All our DJ's read the crowd very well and play music suited to their tastes, and we also take requests
